33gd Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Your Use of the Platform

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

2 Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By completing the 33gd registration process, clicking "I Agree", depositing funds, or placing any wager on the Platform, you agree unconditionally to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and any supplementary rules, policies, and guidelines published on the Platform from time to time, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

2.2 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 33gd with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

3 Eligibility

4 Account Registration & Verification

4.1 Single Account: Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 33gd Platform. The existence of more than one account registered to the same individual — whether identified by the same national identity number, mobile number, device fingerprint, IP address, or payment method — constitutes a breach of these Terms.

4.2 Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and must promptly update your account details if any information changes. 33gd accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.

4.3 KYC Verification: 33gd may require you to complete identity verification at any stage of your account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or following a change in account activity. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate accompanied by a utility bill showing your current address.

4.4 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time passcodes (OTPs) with any third party. All activity conducted through your account while authenticated will be attributed to you, regardless of whether you personally authorised that activity.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Currency: All deposits and withdrawals on the 33gd Platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). 33gd does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not maintain foreign-currency balances.

5.2 Accepted Payment Methods: 33gd currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. 33gd reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its discretion and without prior notice. Payment method availability may vary by region within Bangladesh.

5.3 Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. A maximum deposit limit may apply per transaction and per day, as displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours for fully verified accounts. 33gd does not guarantee specific processing times and accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

5.5 Withdrawal Conditions: To be eligible for a withdrawal, your account must be fully KYC-verified. Any bonus balance that has not met the applicable wagering requirements is not eligible for withdrawal. Real Money Balance that has not yet been wagered at least once may be subject to a processing review.

5.6 Own Funds: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. 6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 33gd may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates, which are published at the time the promotion is made available.

6.2 Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement is stated in the individual promotion terms.

6.3 33gd reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that have already been credited to an account and are being actively wagered will not be withdrawn mid-progress without reasonable notice.

6.4 Bonuses are issued for personal recreational use only. Using bonuses in conjunction with prohibited betting strategies (including but not limited to "bonus hunting", systematic low-risk staking across correlated outcomes, or coordinated multi-account bonus exploitation) is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all bonus-derived balances.

6.5 33gd reserves the right to adjust, recalculate, or reclaim bonus amounts if it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a bonus was claimed or used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms or the specific promotion terms.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 All sports bets placed on the 33gd Platform are subject to the 33gd Sports Betting Rules published in the Help section. In the event of conflict between the Sports Betting Rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

7.2 All casino game outcomes are determined by the certified Random Number Generators (RNG) of the respective game providers — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. 33gd does not modify, override, or influence game outcomes.

7.3 Void Bets: 33gd reserves the right to void any bet placed at obviously incorrect odds or as a result of a system error. Players who knowingly exploit pricing errors will have their accounts reviewed and may have winnings arising from such bets forfeited.

7.4 Maximum Payout: A maximum single-transaction payout limit applies per player per day. This limit is displayed in the cashier and may be revised by 33gd from time to time.

8 Prohibited Conduct

8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 33gd Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

9 Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the 33gd Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, graphics, text, logos, game content, and data compilations — is the property of 33gd or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of 33gd.

13 Account Suspension & Closure

13.1 33gd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where 33gd reasonably believes that a player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or where account closure is required for regulatory compliance purposes.

13.2 Upon permanent account closure due to a breach by the player, any Real Money Balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, 33gd reserves the right to forfeit some or all of the remaining balance as compensation for losses or administrative costs arising from the breach.

13.3 A player may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting the 33gd support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method after all outstanding wagering requirements have been assessed.

14 Amendments to These Terms
